Flexing your brain muscles (a non-scientific term) can be a really great way to trigger dopamine. Exercising your memory, motor skills or comprehension can spark that sense of achievement that makes your day a little brighter.

Complete a task

We all know the satisfaction we get from crossing something off our to-do list, especially when it’s been staring back at us for a while. Take that leap to wash the dishes or buy groceries or just call your parent, sibling or friend and you will feel victorious. Hell, if you don’t have a to-do list, try writing down just one thing you’re already planning to do. Once you’ve done it, cross the item off your list just for fun!
